The Daily Bounce: ~Matthew - Day 52

It's been nine days since my last entry. I'm still at it! :) In my "spare" moments, I'm spending my time studying up on Rails. Since I'm being allowed to do some more programming for the site, I need to spend time outside of work hours to brush up on what was giving me trouble during work hours. Making room for that and down-time and time with wife and pets, and time for exercise and rebounding... blogging takes a back seat ;) In any event, here's the latest:
Day 44 - 30 minutes
Day 45 - 45 minutes
Day 46 - 46 minutes
Day 47 - 45 minutes
Day 48 - 15 minutes
Day 49 - 15 minutes
Day 50 - 30 minutes
Day 51 - 42 minutes
DAY 52 - Mission Accomplished - 45 minutes of rebounding completed.
Day 44 - 30 minutes
Day 45 - 45 minutes
Day 46 - 46 minutes
Day 47 - 45 minutes
Day 48 - 15 minutes
Day 49 - 15 minutes
Day 50 - 30 minutes
Day 51 - 42 minutes
DAY 52 - Mission Accomplished - 45 minutes of rebounding completed.

What is railing….Hey, Matt, have you seen my doggie, Jessie!
Your doggie's great! How is your doggie's skin? He is not itchy is he?

Rails is the framework that uses the Ruby language… and which Zaadz is built on. Nope, no itchy skin for my little guy! Your dog is cute :)

Thanks, ~C! I will :)
To quote Kurt Elling singing John Coltrane's “Resolution”:
I'm the one who will say
Use the will every day
or go maaaaaad trying
Seriously, 50 days? Rock and roll!
Well, Matthew graciously consented to being interviewed about his progress and his experiences several times throughout the year. This is the first of this interviews, and you can listen to it by clicking on the following link:

Matthew discusses many interesting subjects, including some health challenges at the very beginning (some ear concerns, blisters on his feet), and the fact that, unlike me, he prefers bouncing without music (he prefers a quiet mind).
He also discusses some of the changes he's seen and felt to date, including the fact that he seems to have a lot more stamina when going for long walks.
Keep on bouncing, Matthew!
