zJournal: Rolliesattva

On Tuesday, August 22nd, Rollie and I had our first ever "Dodeca-anual Best Friend's Gathering."  It was marked by going to Starbucks after mass at Rollie's church.  We talked about our lives and the upcoming Integral Contemplative Christianity seminar that Rollie will be co-moderating with Fr. Thomas Keating. 

Then we mused on the possibilites and likelihoods that perhaps this wasn't really our first ever best friend's get together... that maybe we'd been doing this before this life. 

Anyway, it was fun.  Rollie's definitely the missing link for Integral Christianity at I-I.  They're very lucky to have him.  Plus, he's about the nicest guy I've ever met.  I'm very lucky to have him as a friend.  And I'm very VERY lucky to have him as my best friend :) 

Rollie has mentioned to me on several occasions that he plans on blogging on Zaadz (he already keeps one on ISC).  AND he's said that his first blog will be about his friendship with me.  We'll see...  Until then, you'll just have to take my word for it ;)
